D10 Artsci & Department Sites Known Issues

These D10 Artsci department website issues are currently known to the web team and are being actively worked on or are already on our to-do list.

Issues:

  • Content in the 'additional titles' field on imported people are missing the line breaks
  • On the Events landing page, the 'subscribe to calendar' button doesn't work
  • Imported multi-day events are not displaying in the correct order on the Events landing page
  • You cannot use the same image more than ten times in the same page
  • The Publication page video section is not working
  • The People landing page search is not giving correct results.

Shared Content Issues:

  • When importing content, sometimes an error message ('Oops, something went wrong') will pop up. Even though there was an error, the content does import. If you refresh the page, the error will disappear.
  • When trying to access the shared content tab, sometimes you will get '502 bad gateway' and/or a 'currently unable to handle this request' error. When this happens, try to reload the page or go back to the shared content tab and try to import again. You may get this error multiple times before the content successfully imports.
  • Embedding a video in a WYSIWYG causes a 'refused to connect error' on imported content.
  • Currently, you can not update all of the shared content feeds at once. The feeds will automatically refresh several times a day, so if you can't find a piece of content, please check back later.
  • Meta tags do not work correctly on imported content.
  • The ability to notify another department about new shared content is not currently working.
  • The RSVP button does not display on Events imported into the main Artsci website.
  • The additional titles section on imported shared people profiles is missing original line breaks
