Announcements & Information
November 3, 2025
The web team is currently working on moving the A&S websites to Pantheon, a modern hosting platform built specifically for Drupal and WordPress. It offers faster performance, stronger security, and better tools for maintaining and supporting your site. This upgrade will also help our team resolve issues quicker. Over the next few months, you will be contacted about scheduling a content freeze on your website so it can be moved to the new platform.

Update about the new courses tool
The new A&S Course Explorer tool, is now available! We will be adding a link to the new tool on all departmental websites that previously listed courses. The link will appear in the gold secondary navigation menu, which displays in the left column of your main menu. Current Students and Advisors can still check the Bulletin for program requirements and use Workday Student to review Academic Progress Report and register for courses.

Update about removing the Courses Landing Page
We will begin removing the existing course listings from department websites on the week of August 18th. These listings currently pull from WUCRSL and display old course numbers, so it’s important that we take them down to avoid showing outdated information. We will temporarily redirect the URL of your courses landing page to point to these instructions for finding course information in Workday. No action is required on your part at this time.
The good news is that a new course browsing tool is in development and will be ready before students begin registering for the spring semester. We’ll share more details with you in the coming weeks so you’ll know what to expect. Thank you for your patience as we make this transition. We appreciate your partnership in keeping our websites accurate and up to date.
